Bhimtal

At a close range of 3 km from Sattal lies Bhimtal, a place to relax in nature’s best form. It is named after Bhima of Mahabharata and is jam-packed with various temples amidst the mountains and its pristine blue lake.

Kasar Devi Temple

The village of Kasar Devi is located near Almora, Uttarakhand. It is famous for the Kasar Devi temple, a shrine dedicated to Kasar Devi and named after her. Built in the second century CE, the temple is a treasure of ancient history.

Bhalu Gaad Waterfall

Bhalu Gaad is derived from Bhalu, meaning Bear, and Gaad meaning Stream. It is a mixture of horseshoe and plunge shaped waterfall with an altitude of 60 ft.To reach Bhalu Gaad waterfall, one must travel through dense forests and mountain streams.
